In the field of research, I.S.F.I.Ma.'s activity consists in planning studies and research based on:

• identifying and defining those professional skills corresponding the most requested profiles on the market of labour
• identifying and defining training needs at individual, organizational and territorial level

The activity is always preceded by precise indication of the objectives and tools used in the research; it is followed by the gathering of data and information got both at the desk and in the field, the data processing by using information systems, the analysis and interpretation of the data gathered, which leads to final reports.
