The internal team is made up of:

• seven professional persons of long-term experience in the fields of training and research
• a general and didactic secretary's office
• an administration secretary's office
• a manager responsable for the management control, contracts, economic and financial management and the statement of the expenses.

Furthermore, I.S.F.I.Ma. makes use of a wide number of external consultants from companies, the university, the public authority (P.A.) and free lance professionals at national level.
