I.S.F.I.Ma.'s partners are divided in "promoting partners", that is those who have shared the Consortium's purposes since the beginning by becoming its sponsors, and "aim partners" who join the Consortium to carry out a specific project. The Consortium is managed by a board of directors consisting of a president and other 2 members. Private and public organizations can join I.S.F.I.Ma. if they work in different fields of activities interested in carrying out and sharing training and development projects and programs addressed to their employees or in favour of a community and a geographical area.
